As the coronavirus (as known as the Wuhan Coronavirus) continues to spread around China and even the world, the international public health emergency has become a crucial hot topic lately.

Dr. Zhong Recommends: 

1.    Wash your hands frequently for at least 30 seconds with hand sanitizers.

2.    Wear a surgical or N95 mask when in the public areas.

3.    Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

4.    Self-quarantine and avoid contact with other people for at least 14 days if you have been to Wuhan or Hubei Area in the last 2 weeks. 

5.    Stay at home and self-checking when you feel sick.

6.    Cover your mouth when you cough, or sneeze with a tissue and throw the tissue in the trashcan.

7.    Clean and disinfect oftenly touched objects and surfaces with 75% alcohol-based cleaner or 84 disinfectant.
